Kyuhun Kim
ARCHITECT
As a licensed architect at plainspace, Kyu leads projects across diverse scales, from residential and commercial spaces to pavilions and objects, leading them from initial concept through to final construction.
Kyu has worked in a number of international firms before coming to plainspace, including Kengo Kuma in Tokyo, Japan, KieranTimberlake in Philadelphia, and Hariri and Hariri Architecture in New York. His independent and collaborative works have been featured in several prominent exhibitions and media, such as the 2018 Venice Biennale, Architect Magazine, and Wide-AR.
Kyu received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Chungnam National University in South Korea and graduated with a Master of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
